These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. In case of any dispute, the parties agree to resolve it first through mutual discussions, failing which it shall be resolved through arbitration as per the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad.
